Thank you so much to Helen and Clare who have looked after the family so well at a difficult time. Their sympathetic, patient and gentle guidance through the process of arranging the funeral was gratefully appreciated. The day itself was the wonderful celebration of life we wanted, and went off without the slightest hitch. A highly professional team who we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

A very professional and courteous service, keeping us informed at every step and helping us to make rational choices in difficult times. Everything ran like clockwork on the day, the order of service was exemplary and they come highly recommended. The funeral arranger was friendly and helpful - a great comfort.

We chose GH Dovener because our family had used them previously.
Helen was the person who handled most of the details, organisation and administration on our behalf. She had a lovely compassionate manner which helped enormously. She was efficient and kept us fully informed. I would also add that David, who was in charge of the funeral on the day of the service and creamation, was very respectful and we were very happy with his service.
I would also add that we saw our dear Auntie in the Chapel of Rest, which is never an easy thing to do, but we were so relieved to see how peaceful she looked.
Everything we asked Dovener's to do was carried out to our entire satisfaction and I would have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you so much.
