On Friday 21st February Funeral Arranger Sonia Hunjin delivered 204 Crème eggs were delivered to St Gemma’s Hospice donated by GH Dovener & Son, as well as family and friends to help raise money for St Gemma’s Hospice Easter Campaign: Knit-a-Chick.
In the months leading up to Easter, St Gemma’s appeal for knitters to knit chicks to sell at Easter time, each stuffed with a donated crème egg. Last year their knitted chick campaign raised an incredible £4,600, so we hope that each and every egg donated by GH Dovener each get their own chick.
